Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Toast sesame seeds until golden, then cool.
Mix dry ingredients, toasted sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add water, knead briefly, and rest for 5-10 minutes.
Divide dough, roll out very thin, and cut into crackers.
Transfer to baking sheet, brush with water, sprinkle toppings, and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden.
