Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla to make the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spread chopped pecans evenly over the batter.
In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, boiling water, and corn syrup. Pour over the pecans.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
