A quick and flavorful cranberry sauce made effortlessly in the Instant Pot, perfect for holiday dinners or any special occasion.
Ingredients

Instructions
Add cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Secure the lid and cook on Manual (High Pressure) for 2 minutes.
Allow a 10-minute natural release, then quick release remaining pressure.
Open the lid, mash some cranberries for desired thickness, then let cool to thicken further.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for up to a week. Best after a day or two.
Notes
This cranberry sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for convenience.
