Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 10 oz tuna in water (drained)
  • 2 cups cooked high-protein pasta (like chickpea or lentil pasta)
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole milk)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1 optional boiled egg, chopped
  • 0.25 cup shelled edamame

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and cool.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil (if using), salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add tuna, cooled pasta, celery, red onion, and parsley; gently mix until combined.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  • Serve as-is or with optional toppings like boiled egg or edamame.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
