A quick and nutritious tuna salad packed with protein, perfect for a light lunch or snack.
Ingredients
Canned Tuna
2
cans
tuna in oil
(drained well)
⅓
cup
mayonnaise
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
(freshly ground)
1–2
tablespoons
onion
(finely chopped)
½
cup
red bell pepper
(chopped)
1–2
teaspoons
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
parsley or dill
(chopped)
1 pinch
salt
(to taste)
Instructions
Drain the tuna and flake into small pieces.
Add chopped onion, red bell pepper, and herbs to the tuna.
Mix in mayonnaise, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt until creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning or lemon juice as needed.
Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours.
