Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; set aside some pasta water.
Heat olive oil, add garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes; add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then simmer.
Add fish to sauce; cook gently until flaky.
Combine cooked pasta with sauce and fish, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
Serve immediately without cheese for an authentic Italian flavor.
