Instructions
Combine spinach, greens, and remaining ingredients (except garam masala, cream, and rice) in the slow cooker. Rinse fresh greens before adding.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Add frozen greens directly if used.
Puree the cooked greens with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir in garam masala and cook for another 2 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker, stir in heavy cream, and adjust salt if needed. Serve over rice.
