A quick and flavorful pumpkin soup made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect for cozy days.

Instructions
Add pumpkin, onion, and garlic to the air fryer basket. Drizzle with oil, syrup, and seasonings.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until vegetables are caramelized and soft.
Blend cooked vegetables with stock until smooth, then add cream and blend briefly.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve warm, topped with pepitas or parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier soup, add more cayenne or chili flakes.
