Enjoy a delicious homemade cranberry turnover with a flaky puff pastry crust, perfectly cooked in the air fryer for a quick and tasty treat.

Instructions
Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil and simmer until cranberries split, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Cut puff pastry into 4 squares. Beat egg with water to make egg wash.
Scoop cranberry filling onto each square, brush edges with egg wash, fold, and seal. Cut slits on top.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Cook turnovers for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly.
Mix powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over turnovers before serving.
Notes
For a glossy finish, brush turnovers with additional egg wash before baking.
