This easy air fryer cornbread is moist, flavorful, and perfect for a quick side dish or snack. Made with simple ingredients and cooked to golden perfection.

Dry Ingredients
1cupyellow cornmeal
1cupall-purpose flour
1tbspbaking powder
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspkosher salt
Wet Ingredients
6tbspbutter (melted and slightly cooled)
1cupbuttermilk
2eggs (beaten)
1/4cuphoney (or maple syrup)
1tspbutter (for skillet)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer with cast iron skillet at 320˚F for 5 minutes.
Melt butter in microwave; set aside to cool slightly.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and honey; stir until combined. Let sit 5 minutes.
Remove skillet, melt 1 tsp butter in it, then pour batter into hot skillet.
Reduce temperature to 300˚F and bake for 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
For muffins, fill silicone liners 3/4 full and bake at 300˚F for 15 minutes.
Notes
